Roll Call
I'm taking stock of the WIPs I have in the studio, recalling exactly what is there (yes sometimes I lose track!) and making note of what needs to be done to actually get these pieces to completion. Tonight I worked on another that is in the underpainting stage. This is a 16 x 20 oil on masonite of Sealy Hill, Canada's Horse of the Year in 2007. Hopefully one more session will get this underpainting where it needs to be - then I will give it some more time to dry, before I get to play with colour! I will be back to Bear Now shortly - that one just needs a bit of drying time too!
Just a short check in tonight - time to go clean my brushes. Tomorrow I'll see what other work I can back to the surface!
